Your free download yesterday didn't work - I was stuck on the registration screen with noplace to go.

I didn't have all day to retry it but I did check my other downloads (both on Firefox and IE) and they worked OK, so I didn't get to try your software. Any way I can get a 2nd shot at a free download? Thanks in advance!
